Dear Customer,

we are pleased to inform you of the introduction of the new Minimal-T system, a cladding system for Wood-Aluminium windows and doors that can be applied without variations to the current Esperia Innova project of the company TWT srl.

Below we summarise the main technical features and innovations of the system:

OPTIMISED PROFILE MANAGEMENT

-The wooden frame and sash sections are of equal size, reducing wood processing waste to a minimum and optimising the glue-lam section for framing.
-Only 5 profiles are required for the aluminium cladding.

EASY INSTALLATION AND VERSATILITY OF PROFILES

The aluminium frame profiles are installed individually with direct joining to the wooden part. The mullions and transoms are joined with a simple screw joint on each corner.
Sashes can be made with different types of aluminium corner joints:

-90° cut and assembly with a coated aluminium bracket (Art. LS153).
-45° cut and assembly with a screw bracket (Art. LS119).
-Cut and 45° assembly with vertically crimped brackets (Art. LS200).

REDUCTION OF ASSEMBLY TIME

-Elimination of assembly time for clips on the frame.
-Quick assembly of the clips on the sashes.
-The clips on the sashes are quick to install: they do not need to be screwed in and no jigs are needed. The aluminium cover is press-fitted on the sash and there is no need to open/close the clips for assembly and disassembly.
-Simple cutting and assembly processes make the system suitable for profiles handling by the customer.
