As a frame for the landscape.

The new and exclusive Skydeck residential complex, built in Paradiso by the design firm Renzetti + Partners, is a four-story building with a basement garage, located on a hill just behind the town center, overlooking Lake Lugano. Surrounded by greenery, each floor houses a single apartment of approximately 200 square meters.

The considerable size and layout allow many rooms to enjoy stunning views of the lake. The windows and doors play a key role, framing the splendid landscape while ensuring high performance and a seamless aesthetic with the façade and harmoniously complementing the interior furnishings.

Uniform's magis40 window and door systems were chosen, in both casement and lift-and-slide versions, with natural oak veneer on the interior and Oxipulver XP40 aluminum on the exterior.
