Renzetti Skydeck

This is a four-story building with a basement garage on a hill in Paradiso, overlooking Lake Lugano.

It's a prestigious project, with each floor housing a single apartment of approximately 200 square meters.

magis40 casement and lift-and-slide windows were supplied, with open-faced Porto oak veneer on the interior and Oxipulver XP40 on the exterior. A buyer customized the wood finish, so three tops were supplied in TR015 - Natural finish with Olivari Lama handles and one top in TR018 - Terra finish with Colombo Uniform DK Zero handles. 52 mm triple glazing on all windows and doors, and the interior is flush-mounted on plasterboard.

The project features numerous window openings with fixed sub-windows, arranged horizontally to simulate a continuous façade over a large portion of the building, curved in plan and equipped with adjustable vertical sunshades.

The lift-and-slide doors in the living rooms are of the type with two central opening doors and two fixed side windows, with a very wide width, exceeding 11 metres.
