This page describes how the website www.uniform.it is managed with regard to the processing of the personal data of the users who consult it. This data is processed for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days and in any case no longer than is necessary to process the requests submitted.
- NEWSLETTER REGISTRATION
By registering for the newsletter, the email address of the applicant/involved party is included in a list of contacts to whom messages may be sent containing information, including commercial information relating to Uniform. The personal data collected voluntarily, and on which the user gives his consent to processing, is only the e-mail address. DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data (such as name, surname, e-mail, etc.) to the e-mail addresses or forms present in the Uniform site, implies the subsequent acquisition of such data by the Data Controller.
Such data may be optional, compulsory for the execution of the service requested or obligatory by law If the personal data requested is indicated as optional, failure to provide them will not result in any type of limitation of the requests made or services requested.
If the personal data requested is compulsory for the performance of the service, failure to provide them will make it impossible for the Data Controller to provide the service requested (e.g. delivery of material where there is no delivery address).
If the personal data requested is required by law, failure to provide them will also make it impossible for the Data Controller to provide the requested service (e.g. invoicing in the absence of the company’s VAT number).
Specific summarised information may be reported or displayed on the pages of the site if prepared for particular services on request.
The user of the site, by accepting the present “terms and conditions” through the ticking of the box following the conferment of data in the different forms of the Uniform site, explicitly consents to the treatment of his own data for the purposes, also commercial, inherent in the chosen service.
The user assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties published or shared through this portal and guarantees that he/she has the right to communicate or disseminate them, freeing the Owner from any responsibility towards third parties.
