Uniform S.p.A. as owner of the website http://uniform.it, declares that pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 679/2016 (so-called GDPR), for the establishment and execution of ongoing relations with you, it is in possession of data relating to you, acquired even verbally, directly, qualified as personal by law and therefore, as the Data Controller, is required to provide certain information regarding the use of such data:
This page describes how the website www.uniform.it is managed with regard to the processing of the personal data of the users who consult it. As a matter of fact, in addition to “surfing data”, users may give their consent to the processing of their personal data in various sections of the Uniform Spa website and, in particular, in the sections entitled: “Newsletter subscription”, “Work with us – submit your application”, “Become a Uniform partner”, “Contact form” and “BIM/CAD section”.
- COOKIE NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This data is processed for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days and in any case no longer than is necessary to process the requests submitted. - NEWSLETTER REGISTRATION
By registering for the newsletter, the email address of the applicant/involved party is included in a list of contacts to whom messages may be sent containing information, including commercial information relating to Uniform. The personal data collected voluntarily, and on which the user gives his consent to processing, is only the e-mail address. The user registered for the newsletter may revoke his/her consent at any time. In order to exercise any further rights relating to the processing of their data (see the section on “data subject rights”), the data subject may send a request to Uniform Spa at the following email address: privacy@uniform.it - WORK WITH US – SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

This is also in consideration of the high technicality and sensitivity of the information present for each product. In order to exercise any further rights concerning the processing of their data (see the paragraph on the “rights of the interested parties”), the interested party may send a request to Uniform Spa at the following email address: privacy@uniform.it
DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data (such as name, surname, e-mail, etc.) to the e-mail addresses or forms present in the Uniform site, implies the subsequent acquisition of such data by the Data Controller.
Such data may be optional, compulsory for the execution of the service requested or obligatory by law If the personal data requested is indicated as optional, failure to provide them will not result in any type of limitation of the requests made or services requested.
If the personal data requested is compulsory for the performance of the service, failure to provide them will make it impossible for the Data Controller to provide the service requested (e.g. delivery of material where there is no delivery address).
If the personal data requested is required by law, failure to provide them will also make it impossible for the Data Controller to provide the requested service (e.g. invoicing in the absence of the company’s VAT number).
Specific summarised information may be reported or displayed on the pages of the site if prepared for particular services on request.
The user of the site, by accepting the present “terms and conditions” through the ticking of the box following the conferment of data in the different forms of the Uniform site, explicitly consents to the treatment of his own data for the purposes, also commercial, inherent in the chosen service.
The user assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties published or shared through this portal and guarantees that he/she has the right to communicate or disseminate them, freeing the Owner from any responsibility towards third parties.

The Controller processes the Personal Data provided by adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the Personal Data.
The processing is carried out using computer and/or telematic instruments, with organisational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of people involved in the organisation of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller, may have access to the Data.
