On the Spanish coast, part of the Autonomous Community of Valencia, in Benicassim, the studio GMG Arquitectos has developed a project for a villa with almost zero energy consumption (NZEB) and built according to Passivhaus criteria.
The geometry of the project is pure and simple and consists of two bodies joined by a connecting volume to form an open C on the front of the outdoor garden; in the middle, a swimming pool built at a slightly lower level.
The ecological materials used for the villa include Uniform's standard uni_one windows, manufactured and installed by Tecnomar SL, selected in the Natura finish in oak veneer for the interior and aluminium for the exterior.
