Today the Contract Uniform Division (Di.Co.) proposes itself as a point of reference for developing contract projects with high added value. A commitment that arises in the wake of what has been done for a long time by the Curtain Walls Division, established within the company in 2000 to meet the growing demands for high-performance envelopes for buildings of different types and sizes. Over the years, the division's know-how and knowledge have been strengthened through experiences and prestigious projects that have highlighted the quality of the processes, the effectiveness of the solutions, the production flexibility of the company thanks to which to satisfy the specific needs of each project.
Today the dialogue with the designers is further consolidated thanks to the Di.Co. staff, which is able to provide advanced consultancy from the earliest stages of design.
All the projects coming from contacts with architects, professionals and real estate development companies will be brought together in this division which will have to deal with the design studio to evaluate the technical feasibility of the project, arriving at developing technical tables and specifications. Obviously, the role of the Division will be fundamental right from these first phases of choice and selection of the technological possibilities available. Once approved by the design studio, Di.Co. it will identify the partner with adequate production and logistic capacity interested in the elaboration of the economic offer and the realization of the project itself. After the start of the order, the staff of the Division remains the point of reference for the design studio and for the production partner for the entire duration of the development and production of the project, so as to be able to respect the deadlines set, validate the choices and fine-tune any changes in the course.
